1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only available under the following conditions:

  • Proof can be provided that a service was not performed as agreed.
  • Campaigns involving SEO and paid advertising services that have run for a minimum of 90 days and have not seen profitability, defined as the cost per acquisition (CPA) being higher than the lifetime value (LTV) of the client.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of the service start date or the completion of the minimum campaign duration. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Consultations
  • Customized Strategies and Reports
  • One-time Setup Fees
  • Any third-party services or fees incurred on your behalf

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for your refund request, along with any supporting evidence.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation to support your claim.
  3. Resolution: We will notify you of the outcome within 14 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

4. $1,000 Profitability Guarantee

If you have engaged in both SEO and paid advertising services with RunLeadGen for a minimum of 90 days, and your agreement document shows that you entered into this with the qualifications of the guarantee, and have not achieved profitability (CPA higher than LTV), you may be eligible for a $1,000 refund. This guarantee is contingent upon:

  • Providing detailed documentation and data proving the lack of profitability.
  • Adherence to all recommended strategies and implementations provided by RunLeadGen.

6. Changes to This Policy

RunLeadGen reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.
